US Representative Visits Alliance AutoGas Customer

Alliance AutoGas recently joined our customer, Blossman Gas, in welcoming U.S. Representative Eugene Vindman (VA-7) to the company’s Fredericksburg, VA, facility. The visit, coordinated with the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), offered Rep. Vindman and his staff an up-close look at how the propane industry supports Virginia families, farms, and fleets through reliable, low-carbon energy solutions.
Within Virginia’s 7th District, more than 16,700 homes rely on propane for heating and energy needs. The district consumes over 30 million gallons of propane each year, supporting 185 local jobs and fueling vital agricultural, commercial, and transportation operations.
During the visit, Blossman Gas provided a full tour of its facility, beginning with a safety briefing, a cornerstone of the propane industry’s commitment to protecting both people and property. The tour highlighted Blossman’s day-to-day operations and showcased the company’s use of Alliance AutoGas technology to help public and private fleets reduce emissions, cut costs, and operate more efficiently.
Rep. Vindman met with Blossman team members to discuss how propane contributes to energy security and local economic growth. The group also discussed propane’s expanding role in transportation and its ability to strengthen resilience during power disruptions.
Engagements like this help bridge the conversation between policymakers and industry leaders, underscoring how propane autogas continues to drive progress toward a cleaner, more dependable energy future.
